Rebecca had a wonderful birthday. Grandma from Montana came down as well as Aunt Elizabeth and cousin Kevin from Colorado. It was a short trip but it was so nice having them here.
We had a small party on Saturday the 23rd with just the family and a couple of close friends. We also went to Color Me Mine and painted some ceramics. Then we came home, BBQ'd, had cake and opened presents. She made out like a bandit in the gift department. Ha!
Yesterday was her actual birthday and I got to take cupcakes to her classroom to share with her class. It was so cute...they got in a circle and sang a cute version of Happy Birthday to her. She was in heaven! Then she wanted to order pizza for dinner and we had a leftover cupcake and sang to her again...well I did, Joe had to work late. We also went and got her a new movie with some money that Aunt Leslie gave her (Little Mermaid, Ariel's beginning). It was cute.

Happy belated 5th birthday to your beautiful BIG girl. Gosh, five just sounds so old (a whole handful - ha!) That's so nice that Rebecca got to celebrate with her classmates. How wonderful that her grandmother, aunt & cousin came for her birthday too!
